Judge my muscle building workout routine and please give tips or editions.?

I only have a 10lb,25lb,35lb, and 40lb dumbbells. This is my workout routine that I do every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I switch the 40lb and 35lb to different hands after ea. set.
Alternating Bicep Curls (35lb and 40lb) 10 reps ( 2 sets) With 10 Push Ups after ea set
Chair Dips 10 reps (3 sets)
Bench Press Chest WorkOut (35lb and 40lb) 8 reps (1 set)
Tricep KickBacks (with 10lb) 10 reps (2 sets)
Hammer Curls Alternating (35lb and 40lb) 10 reps (2 sets) With 10 Push Ups after ea set
Tricep Extensions (with 25lb) 7 reps (2 sets)
Alternating Chair Curls (where I basically sit on a bench and curl) (with 35lb and 45lb) 8 reps (2 sets)
Bench Press Chest Work Out (with 35lb and 40lb) 8 reps (1 set)

Throw it out. It’s pretty much all Bull***t.
Concentrate on and get good at the Squat. Work up to your bodyweight for 20 reps and breathe in as much air as you can.
Once you get 20 reps, raise the weight 5 pounds everytime you squat, say, 3 times a week.
Drink gallons of milk and eat like you just got to America off of a boat from Ethiopia.
Don’t have a barbell? Go buy one.

First off stay away from milk other than one slice of cheese in a sandwich, next work your legs hold dumbels and do squats and lunges more than 10 reps and about 3 to 4 sets. As of curls do light weights but high reps like 20 reps about 4 sets, with dips double your reps and sets, with bench 8 reps but do about 3 to 4 sets, u can also do sholder press 10 reps 3 to 4 sets, dont do all these workouts in 1 day break it down to about 5 days a weak taking off every 2 to 3 days, drink lots of water one gallon every day (make yourfelf drink it) and take in about ur weight in grams of protien every day.
