    its not called muscle supplements
    its called PROTEIN!
drink whey protein from gnc, builds muscle with no exercise, tastes good and has alot of servings.cost like 40$ for like 47Servings
But whey protein is the purest form of protein around it will do wonders for you.

    Hello

When I was younger I had the same problem like you. I started lifting weights at 19 years and went to the gym 4 times in the week. I eat well and enough, but I didn’t gain weight and muscle masses until I turned 21.

With 21 my shoulders became larger and I put on weight and I had some more muscle masses. I started taking Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard with the taste of Double Rich Chocolate as a daily supplement to my meals. The Protein supplement has no added sugar inside and that’s the best choice because you will not turn fat.

You must consider that to gain weight and build some muscle masses it takes time. You must train regulary your workout every week, sometimes changes your workout and find out which will works best for you. Then it’s important to increase the weights on the repetition, but not too esagerate too much.

You must sleep well so that your muslces can recovery after a strength workout and do not repeat to train the same muscle on the next day, but instead every second or third day. The daily protein consumption it’s 2 gr/kg when you’re lifting weights and doing some sports. It’s necessary to eat protein and on the daily meals they’re the best to eat: like fish, raw eggs, meat and white meat (chicken), thunfish and drinking milk. You must eat vegetables and fruits 5 times everyday if it’s possible, so you have all vitamins that you need.

After a workout it’s ideal to take a protein shake, like 25 – 30 gramms of Whey Gold Standard Protein, 2 bananas and 500 ml of low fat milk, put all in the mixer and drink it.

You will see that after a month or two you will have good results and put on weight and some muscle masses. I will not recommend you to use creatine or glutamin and other things, because they’re not necessary and only waiste of time and money. I use only a protein supplemantion and that’s enough and I have good results with it. You must consider that always take too much chemical products it’s not the best way.

Take a look and read more about the product that I have recommend you. You can read it and take time, before you choose to buy a protein supplement. Maybe you find annother one that you consider better, but I don’t believe it.

Here some information about the Optimum Nutrition and there products:
