What’s the best way to decrease my body fat, increase muscel, without losing weight?

I weigh 139 pounds, 5′8 ,work out 3-4 times per week, and found out that I have 19% body fat! I look skinny but now have a paunch at the age of 30. I recently cut out alcohol and have incorporated 30mins of low intensity cardio X3/week. Also, I’ve increased my consumption of vegetables and eat reasonably well. Would bicycle crunches for 5 mins a day be effective? I notice that after consuming a meal, my stomach looks and feels “fatter” even though I eat healthy. Is this normal? Should I not consume carbs at dinner?

I’d like to build muscle and lose body fat without dropping weight, so I’m not sure how to organize my workout and diet plan effectively.

Your advice and suggestions are appreciated.

How to build muscel mass?

Iv been trying to gain muscle mass and since im already skinny iv been on a high calorie diet taking in around 2000 to 2500 calories a day and about 150 grams of protein a day but in the week iv been doing so iv lost around 4 in a half pounds. what should i do if anything? as well i have a regular work out program! thank you Mike.
