How can I build muscle if I work as a package handler 4 hours stright?

For people that work out, body build, diet right…do fat people bother you?

Does it bother you that while you work you butt off, sweat, decline that donut and sugar laden soft drink, wake up at 5AM to go for a job and hurry back to shower and go to work. . that the fat person your talking to or dealing with is lazy, doesnt exercise and eats whatever the hell they want.

and btw. . . for people who say being fat could be a genetic problem or something. . . LOL. . . there is such a thing but its like 1 in 20,000,000,000 or something. . .

and there is no such thing as big boned. . . HAHAHA. . .

and yes I know some people have a higher metabolism. . . life is not fair and some people have to work harder than others. . that doesnt mean you give up and stay fat. . . .

i was fat once myself. . . when i made a choice to becomes healthier i lost the weight. . . period. . its hard work but i want to live and i was tired of being a big fat mess. . . .

im not hating btw. . .

Work out schedule designed to build muscle quickly?

I need a work out schedule that is designed to build muscle quickly. I’m a high school student with only about 1 1/2 hours a day to use for working out, so I’m not looking for a 5 hour a day program. I just need a schedule that will make my muscles build fast. I have a traditional weight set with a bench that allows you to do leg lifts and leg curls. Any ideas? What schedule do you follow? Does it work?

Anything else I need to know while I start my journey of building up my upper body. . . mainly my shoulders, pecs, and abs. i’m not overweight, matter of fact. . . i’m skinny. . . . just want muscle though. Any advice besides the simple eat right and work hard lecture? Any certain foods and/or exercises help build muscle faster than others? If there’s any age based advice, i’m 21. P. S. Do you use protein shakes before or after you work out?
